摘要
目的:建设整合功能强、系统架构清晰、功能完善和协同顺畅的信息系统。方法:以仿生(人)管理学的核心思想,即以人体对信息的感知方式、执行方式和调控机制为指导,探索医院信息系统的最佳构架方式。结果:按照结构仿生的理论,医院信息系统构建完全可以通过模拟人体感知和处理信息模式,即感受器→感觉神经→中枢→运动神经→效应器,受正负反馈调控,通过对医院各种信息进行分析和整合,进行总体设计系统、集成分步实施,进而达到智慧院所的信息化要求。结论:基于仿生(人)管理学的信息系统建设原则将更能发挥信息系统效能,计算机对信息的管理方式越是接近于人类对信息的管理方式,信息建设方案越会具备整体性、系统性和自然协调性,达到总体控制下的各系统自然无缝连接。
Objective To construct a highly integrated hospital information system with reasonable system architecture,complete functions and effective coordination.Methods The principles of bionics management science,involving in human modes for information sensing and execution as well as regulation mechanism,were applied to exploring the optimal architecture of hospital information system.Results According to the theories of structural bionics,the human modes for information sensing and execution,with the receptor,sensorium,nerve center,motor nerve and effector mobilized step by step as well as the feedback regulation mechanism,were used to construct hospital information system.All kinds of information were analyzed and integrated for overall architecture and stepwise implementation,then the requirements of intelligent institutes could be met.Conclusion The hospital information system based on bionics management science adopts the human mode for information management,and then the enhanced integrity,systematicness and coordination contribute a lot to the seamless connection between the systems.
