摘要
配电管理系统(DMS)是提高配电网运行和管理水平必不可少的手段。配电管理系统与输电管理系统(EMS)有很大不同,配电网的设备量大面广,网络的拓扑结构也有许多独特之处。国外DMS发展非常迅速,为了建立适合我国国情的DMS,有必要了解和跟踪国际上的先进思想,认真探讨和研究适合我国国情的DMS基本模式和优化算法。本文根据国内的需求,编译了国外有关DMS的一些功能,为形成和研究中国的DMS提供一些思路和借鉴。本文将分为三部分:第一部分简要叙述了国际上关于DMS和配电自动化(DA)的关系, 叙述国际上关于配电SCADA系统,配电故障管理系统;第二部分较为详细叙述了配电网运行规划和优化的有关软件;第三部分叙述了配电维护管理, 配电自动化的基础技术等的发展情况。
A distribution management systems (DMS) are an essential tool for improving the level of a distribution system operation and management. DMS is quite differential from TMS (transmission management system), because the amount of components in a distribution system is much bigger. On the other hand, the topological configuration of the distribution network also has many specialities. The DMS technology has been evolved rapidly around the world. In order to improve the development of DMS technology in our country, we introduce the conceptions and functions of some typical DMSs seleted worldwide. There are three parts about it:(1) the relationship of DMS and DA (distribution automation); (2) the operation planning of a distribution network and optimization softwares; (3) the developments of foundational technques of DMS and DA.
