The time when hands affect the ball determines the angular velocity and at the same time in- fluence the linear velocity.The direction of shooting (0,the angle of shooting) is restricted by the force (F_4) that the ball receives from wrists and the roots of fingers.According to the funda- mentals of kinematics and principles of saving strength this paper calculate the best shooting an- gles at different heights and in different distances,and shot ball spining rearwards. This paper is of practical significance to improve the effect of basketball training.
