摘要
本文分析了篮球运动员在投篮时指、掌、腕、臂对球的作用效果、分析了指和腕对球的作用力(F4)对球出手速度的制约作用,计算了不同高度和不同距离投兰的最佳出射角、并分析了后旋球的产生、价值及理论依据。
In a basketball match,it is the key to raising the percentage of shooting to achieve the best control of the shooting angle and radian as well as placement of the ball. It is the theoretical basis of improvement of the level of basketball sport to apply the funda- mentals of kinematics and kinetics.At the angle of force and momental.This paper through the analysis of the force given to the ball,talk about the important role wrists,fingers,palms and arms play in shooting.Then this paper come to the conclusion that the angular movement of wrists and fingers is the main source of gaining the angular velocity. The time when hands affect the ball determines the angular velocity and at the same time in- fluence the linear velocity.The direction of shooting (0,the angle of shooting) is restricted by the force (F_4) that the ball receives from wrists and the roots of fingers.According to the funda- mentals of kinematics and principles of saving strength this paper calculate the best shooting an- gles at different heights and in different distances,and shot ball spining rearwards. This paper is of practical significance to improve the effect of basketball training.
