大籽蒿挥发油化学成分的研究

STUDY ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE VOLATILE OIL FROM ARTEMISIA SIEVERSIANA

大籽蒿(Artemisia sieversiana Willd.)又名白蒿,为菊科蒿属植物。本文用气相色谱分离,气相色谱/质谱法定性,鉴定了大籽蒿挥发油中的二十三种化学成分。其中1,8—桉叶油素、反—丁香烯、顺—丁香烯和樟脑为主要成分。

The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation from Artemisia sieversiana.The constituents of the oil were determined by using the methods of GC and GC/MS.23 compounds have been identified.In these,the major components are 1,8-cineole,trans-caryophyllene, ciscaryophyllene and camphor.
