From the Thaw to Deconstruction——on the origin of Moscow Conceptualism and its deconstruction of Utopian Mythology

在解冻语境下,西方概念主义思想传至苏联地下艺术圈,催生出了莫斯科概念主义流派,后者在发展出独具俄苏文化特色的美学内涵的同时,还提出了针对苏联文化中的乌托邦神话的解构策略。笔者通过梳理该流派的形成过程,总结其文化意义,旨在将其定位为一种针对乌托邦神话的解构艺术。

In the context of the thaw, western Conceptualism spread to the underground art circles of the Soviet Union, hastening the birth of Moscow Conceptualism. The latter, while developing an aesthetic intension uniquely characteristic of Soviet and Russian culture, has put forward strategies for deconstructing Utopian Mythology in the Soviet culture. By analyzing the forming process of Moscow Conceptualism and summarizing its cultural significance, the author aims to position this school as a kind of deconstructivist art directed at Utopian Mythology.
