The current situation of and approaches to the quality management of the industrial enterprises of Northern Sha′anxi

陕北工业企业质量管理起步晚、发展慢、十分落后。质量观念差、意识弱 ,体制不佳 ,管理乏力 ,人员素质差等是其中的主要原因。因此 ,必需从教育入手提高人的素质 ,坚持质量改进 ,强化质量管理 ,依托资源优势 。

The quality management of the Northern Sha′anxi industrial enterprises started late, has dleveloped slowly and backwardly.The main causes of this situation are that the sense of quatity is bad,the consciousness of quality is weak, the system of organization is not good, the administration is poor, the level of competence of the staff is low.Therefore,we must raise the level of competence of the staff by education stick to the standard qualty and improve the admicnistration of quality. Relying on the rich resources, we can vitalize Northern Sha′anxi by quality.
