In liquid scintillation analysis varioius quench can affect accuracy of DPM measurement and comparison in the samples.This paper introduces a DPM measurement methed-the Efficiency Tracing method.The experiment results urnder the different condition indicate that the Efficienct Tracing method is a accurate and powerful method of calculating DPM.
