综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of combination therapy in periodontal endodontic combined lesions

目的探讨综合疗法应用于牙周牙髓联合病变的临床疗效,研究最佳的治疗方案,为临床治疗提供指导。方法将牙周牙髓联合病变患者108例(206颗患牙)随机分为两组,每组54例。对照组采用单一根管治疗,而观察组则采用牙周牙髓综合治疗,随访1年,比较分析患者的牙周炎、牙齿松动、牙齿叩痛、牙齿保留率与临床疗效等情况。结果治疗后,观察组的牙周炎症状较对照组缓解明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙齿保留率高达98.15%,高于对照组的75.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.59%,高于对照组的75.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用牙周牙髓综合疗法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变,可以有效缓解临床症状,提高患牙保留率,临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy used in the periodontal tlental pulp joint fllS- ease, and to research the best treatment options and provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 108 patients（206 teeth） of periodontal dental pulp joint disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each group based on the method of number table. Among them, the control group was treated with single root, while the observation group was treated with the periodontal dental pulp comprehensive treatment. During 1 - year follow - up, periodontitis, loose teeth, teeth percussion pain, and tooth retention of two groups of patients were observed. The clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared. Results After treatment, the symptoms of periodontitis of the observation group were relieved more obviously than those of the control group. The tooth retention rate of the observation group was 98.15%, which was significantly higher than 75.93% of the control. What＇s more, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.59%, which was also significantly higher than 75.93% of the control The data analyzed that each of these differences was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of periodontal endodontic combined lesions can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the teeth retention and clinical effect, which is worth promotion in clinical use.
