单切口改良额肌筋膜瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂

Clinical application and effect of simple cut and modified forehead muscle flap suspension operation in treating severe blepharoptosis

目的 探讨改进传统的额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的方法及效果.方法 采用单一重睑线切口制作倒梯形额肌筋膜瓣,并经眶囊隧道悬吊睑板.结果 本组病例共7例10只眼,（单侧4例、双侧3例）,术后随访3~18个月,效果满意,无复发.结论 改良单一切口额肌筋膜瓣矫正重度上睑下垂疗效确切,创伤小,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the operative methods and effect of simple cut and modified forehead muscle flap on severe bleph- aroptosis. Methods The surgical methods included simple cut and modified suspension of forehead muscle flap through double eyelid plasty. Results A total of 7 cases of severe blepharoptosis were treated, and they were followed - up for 3 to 18 months. All were satisfied with the effects, and there were no relapses. Conclusion The direct distance between the eyelids is shortened by the suspension of forehead muscle flap. The previous incision under the eyebrow is cancelled. The simple cut operation is even more minimally invasive than the past.
