摘要
目的探讨改进单孔引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)方法及疗效。方法回顾分析50例慢性硬膜下血肿患者改进单孔引流术治疗效果。结果本组病例均采用改进后的单孔引流术式,仅少部分病例术后复查颅脑CT提示少量积气、积液,经过对症治疗后好转,未发生脑组织误伤及出现颅内出血等并发症,无死亡病例,疗效满意。结论采用改进单孔术式治疗慢性硬膜下血肿有效减少术中脑组织的误伤及术后颅内出血,达到较为理想的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the method and efficacy of single - hole drainage in improving the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma （CSDH）. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 50 patients with CSDH surgery and treatment. Results The im- proved single - hole drainage was performed in this group of patients, and a small amount of brain gas and fluid occurred in only a small num- ber of cases in their brain CT in the postoperative review; then they were improved after symptomatic treatment, complications like accidental injury and intracranial bleeding did not occur in brain tissue, and no deaths happened; the results were satisfactory. Conclusion It is effec- tive to use an improved single - hole surgical treatment in CSDH in reducing the accidental injury of brain tissue in the intraoperative and postoperative intracranial hemorrhage, achieving the desired therapeutic effect.
