摘要 目的探讨容积摄影技术(VRAD)在头颅颌面部摄影中的应用价值。方法对100例头颅颌面部VRAD拍摄后影像,采用图像后处理方法中薄层重建、影像切割与局部放大等功能进行后处理,同时对患者行数字化X线摄影(DR)作为对照组。由放射科3名具有5年以上工作经验的医师对所有头颅颌面部影像进行图像评估,根据影像整体解剖结构及病变的显示清晰情况将其分级。结果 100例头颅颌面部影像中,VRAD摄影优秀84例、良好16例、无差片出现;普通DR摄影优秀58例、良好20例、差22例。结论 VRAD比普通DR摄影能更好的显示头颅颌面部及其周围软组织,提高头颅颌面部病变的检出率;具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To discuss the value of Volume RAD (VRAD) in the detection of photography in head and maxillofacial. Methods One hundred patients underwent head and maxillofaeial VRAD with the function of thin - slice reconstruction, image segmentation techniques and detail view in the postprocessing work station. Meanwhile, digital radiography was used in each patient as control. All of the images were estimated by three radiologists with over 5 years'radiology diagnosis experience. According to the observation of anatomical struc- ture of the lesion that showed in the images, all the images that obtained with two different methods of radiography were classified as excel- lent, fine and bad. Results Of 100 patients in VRAD, 84 were excellent, 16 were fine, none of the images were bad; as contrastl, 58 were excellent, 20 were fine, and 22 were bad in digital radiography. Conclusion VRAD can detect the head and maxillofacial lesions with more sensitivity compared with digital radiography, and it could improve the detection of the head and maxillofacial lesions. VRAD has higher val- ue of clinical application.
