炎症细胞因子及力学因素在膝骨关节炎发病机制和关节结构改变中的作用 被引量：39

摘要 骨关节炎（osteoarthritis,OA）是老年人群中最常见的疾病之一,也是引起残疾的重要原因.膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）影响整个膝关节结构,包括关节软骨、滑膜、软骨下骨、半月板、关节周围肌肉等.膝OA的发生机制及关节结构改变尚不完全清楚,年龄、肥胖、女性、吸烟、遗传等是其发生的危险因素,近年来代谢性炎症因素及力学因素等对膝OA发生发展的影响关注较多.
