主动脉腔内修复术治疗非外伤性DeBakey Ⅲ型主动脉夹层急性破裂效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察主动脉腔内修复术(TEVAR)治疗非外伤性DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层急性破裂的疗效.方法 对5例非外伤性DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层急性破裂患者行TEVAR治疗.结果 5例均急诊成功行TEVAR,1例术后第1天放血性胸水后死亡,另4例临床治愈.4例术后随访6~12个月,无不良事件发生.结论 非外伤性DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层急性破裂行急诊TEVAR可降低患者病死率.
