亚麻温水浸渍法与酶法脱胶动态过程比较 被引量:2

摘要 采用商品碱性果胶酶和天然水2种方法对亚麻原茎进行脱胶,对2种方法脱胶过程脱胶液中的果胶酶、半纤维素酶、纤维素酶的酶活及脱胶液pH值、含氮量、总糖含量、还原糖含量进行动态比较测定。结果表明,在2种脱胶过程中,脱胶液中果胶酶活力均明显高于半纤维素酶和纤维素酶的酶活力;温水浸渍法脱胶过程脱胶液中的总氮含量、总糖含量、还原糖含量均大于酶脱胶法;而温水浸渍法脱胶液的pH值要小于酶法脱胶液的pH值。
