一种黄芪药渣发酵产物的抗高尿酸血症活性 被引量:10

摘要 在建立氧嗪酸钾盐诱导小鼠产生高尿酸血症模型的基础上,探讨一种黄芪药渣发酵产物的抗高尿酸血症活性。将雄性昆明小鼠随机分为正常组,高尿酸血症模型组,50、100、200 mg/kg剂量黄芪药渣发酵产物组,5 mg/kg剂量别嘌醇组;每天先用250 mg/kg氧嗪酸钾盐灌胃1 h,再连续灌胃给药1周,分别测定血清中的尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮水平,尿液中的尿酸、肌酐水平。结果表明,与模型组相比,黄芪药渣发酵产物能显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠血清中尿酸、肌酐和尿素氮水平,能显著提高24 h尿液中尿酸和肌酐的排泄量以及尿酸的排泄分数,具有促进肾脏尿酸排泄的作用,初步认为黄芪药渣发酵产物具有抗高尿酸血症活性。
