不同时期与部位收获棉籽其油分含量的差别

The Oil Content Difference of Cottonseed Harvested at Different Locations and Different Periods

以常规棉鄂抗棉9号为试验材料，研究不同时期和不同棉株空间部位收取吐絮棉铃，对棉籽油分含量测定的影响。结果表明：随收花时期后移，棉籽油分显著升高；在纵向空间上，棉株第1—9果枝棉铃的棉籽油分含量差异不显著，中上部棉铃的棉籽油分含量显著高于下部棉铃；在横向空间上，内围、中圈和外围棉铃的棉籽油分含量没有差异；同一种子随着贮存年份的延长，其含油量有逐年升高的趋势。

This paper tajes conventional cotton E - kang 9 as test material, study the effect on the cottonseed oil content determination under harvested at different locations and different periods. The results show that： with time after the shift, cot-tonseed oil significantly increased; in the longitudinal space, cottonseed oil content has no significant difference in 19 cotton boll branches, in the upper part boll cottonseed oil content was significantly higher than that of the lower boll; in the horizontal space, the inner boll, middle boll and peripheral boll, cottonseed oil content have no significant difference; the same seed with prolonging the storage time, the oil content has the increasing tendency year by year.
