论依法治县与农业现代化的实现

Rule By Law in Counties and the Modernization of Agriculture

随着依法治国进程的推进 ,我国已逐步发展形成了全方位多层次的依法治理总体格局 ,而在这一总体格局中 ,依法治县则是关键。依法治县是推动依法治国方略实施和顺利实现农业现代化的可靠保障。针对我国目前农业法制建设中存在的诸多问题 ,只有牢牢抓住农业行政执法工作这个重点 ,不断强化农业行政执法的力度和能力 ,方能推进依法治县进程 ,从而保障农业现代化的顺利实现。

Along with the implementing of the rule by law in the country,a multidirectional and multilevel general frame work has been built up.Rule by law in counties is not only the key to this framework but also the sure guarantee of fulfilling the goal of implementing the rule by law in the country and modernization of agriculture.In view of the various problems in building agricultural judicial system,the writer thinks that improving the enforcement of agricultural adinini strative laws is the only way to fulfilling the goal of the rule by law in counties and modenization of agriculture
