摘要
目的:优选丁桂凝胶膏剂的最佳制备工艺。方法:应用正交试验法,以初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度为指标,针对影响丁桂凝胶膏剂性能的制备工艺条件进行研究,筛选出最佳的工艺。结果:最佳制备工艺为:以400 r/min的搅拌速度,在40℃下搅拌20 min,混合时甘油相先与中药提取物混合,再与水相混合。结论:该法稳定可靠,制备的丁桂凝胶膏剂外观美观,性能良好。
Objective： To choose the best preparation technology of Ding-gui gel paste. Methods： To study the preparation con- ditions which affect the performances of Ding-gui gel pastes by the orthogonal test, with the adhesive force, the holding adhesive power and the peeling strength as the indicators, and to filtrate the best technology. Results： The best preparation technology was： to stir 20 minutes at 40℃ with a speed of 400r/min, the glyeerel part was mixed with the extract part, then they were mixed with the water part. Conduslon： This technology is steady and reliable.
