针灸治疗脑出血的循证医学评价

Evaluation of Acupuncture Moxibustion Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage in China

目的：全面搜集近5年来我国针灸治疗脑出血的临床研究文献，分析我国针灸治疗脑出血的临床研究现状。方法：在中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）以“脑出血”、“脑溢血”、“针灸”或“针灸疗法”为主题词检索2006年一2010年发表的有关针灸治疗脑出血的文献。依据国际循证医学标准，在中国期刊全文数据库（www．cnki．net）下载全文进行逐篇分析。结果：检索出针灸治疗脑出血相关文献98篇，其中说明随机对照试验文献26篇（26．5％），说明了随机方法的文献13篇，有随机字样的文献13篇，临床对照试验文献1篇（1％），叙述性研究文献24篇（24．5％），专家评论类文献47篇（48％），未检索到系统评价文献。近5年来符合纳入和排除标准的随机对照试验文献共16篇，共治疗患者1798例，只有l篇文献中提及盲法设计，未有文献描述失访病人及失访原因，Jdada得分均为1-2分的低质量研究文献。结论：针灸加药物治疗优于目前常用的药物治疗，随机对照试验文献质量有待提高。

Objective： To summarize and evaluate the current situation on tinnitus studies in China by retrospective review of the articles of the acupuncture moxibustion treatment of cerebral hemorrhage appeared in Chinese journals in the past 5 years. Methods： The MeSH Heading of cerebral hemorrhage , acupuncture moxibustion or acupuncture moxibusfion therapy were used to search all of the papers on the Chinese biomedicine literature data base and Chinese journal net from 2006 to 2010. All of the papers were analyzed according to the standards of evidence based medicine. Results： Ninety-eight papers were fitted in. Twenty-six （26. 5% ） were randomized controlled trials （RCT） . Thirteen used randomized methods to divide patients into groups and thirteen mention ed the random. 1 paper （ 1% ） was clinical controlled trial （CCT） , 24 papers （24. 5% ） were narrative review, and 47 pa- per （48%） were experts review. Systematic review （SR） was not found. 6 were RCT papers which met inclusion and exclusion stand- ard in the past 5 years. A total of 1789 patients were treated. Only 1 paper mentioned blinded design. No studies reported the number of patients who exited and lost visiting during trails. All were low quality research literatures whose Jdada score were 1 to 2. Conclusion： The treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with acupuncture moxibustion combined drugs superior to the present medical therapy. The litera- ture quality of RCT still need to improve.
