针灸治疗肠梗阻的取穴组方规律和经验分析

Acupuncture in Treatment of Intestinal Obstruction of Acupuncture Prescription Regularity and Experience Analysis

目的：通过查阅近百年针灸治疗肠梗阻的相关临床文献来统计分析并总结其取穴及其组方规律。方法：查阅从1911年1月到2012年9月来中国期刊全文数据库已公开发表并收录的关于针灸治疗肠梗阻的临床文献，对相关穴位的使用频次、归经情况及组方规律等进行统计分析。结果：纳入的92篇文献中，针灸治疗肠梗阻涉及10条经脉的45个穴位、33个处方，其中只有足三里、天枢、上巨虚、内关等6个穴位使用频次超过10％，以l一4个穴位为组方的文献占85．87％，胃经、任脉和膀胱经居穴位经脉归属的前三位。结论：针灸治疗肠梗阻的取穴组方在众多的经验中仍有一定的规律，且符合取穴少而精的原则。

Objective： Sum up the points and composition rules through access to nearly a hundred years of acupuncture in the treatment of intestinal obstruction in the clinical literature statistical analysis. Methods： From year 1911 to 2012, China journal full- text database of published and collected on acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of intestinal obstruction in the clinical literature, the frequency of use of the related points, tropism and composition rules and statistical analysis. Results： The included 92 articles, acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of intestinal obstruction involving the 10 meridian 45 point, 33 prescriptions, in which only the Zusanli, Tianshu, Shangjuxu, Neiguan acupoint use 6 frequency more than 10%, with 1 -4 points for the group of 85.87%, stomach, bladder meridian acupoint meridians in the Ren and home before three. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment for intestinal obstruction with acupoint in numerous experience still has certain law, and in accordance with a few points and principles.
