摘要
本文主要揭示现行教育对于学生创造力发展所存在的负效应。文章认为,现行教育由于在价值取向上片面突出共性而贬抑个性,设置的课程缺少想象、选择和创造的空间,教学过程组织使教学行为呈现划一、集中的特征,教育评价以唯一、精确和定时完成的答案为标准答案,致使它对于学生的创造力发展产生了明显的阻滞作用和负效应。文章最后指出,设计将学生的全面发展与其个性及主体性发展相统一的人才质量规格,并以之指导课程设置、教学过程组织和教育评价,是建立有助于学生创造力发展的新型教育的关键。
The paper reveals the negative effect of the current ed u cation to the development of students' creative ability. The author argues that the negaive effect is due to the following reasons:(1) The values of the curren t education emphasize generality and belittle individuality. (2)The curriculum s etup lacks the space of imagination, selection and creation. (3)The organization of teaching makes the teaching behavior uniform and centralized. (4)The educati on evaluation takes the sole, exact answers as the standardized answers. The paper suggests that the design of a standard of qualified personnel which c ombines the students' all-round development and development of individuality and autonomy is the key to the development of students' creative ability.
