The WTO and The Development of Medium-Small-Sized Enterprises in China

中小企业在我国经济当中占有十分重要的地位。加入 WTO,将有利于深化中小企业改革 ,有利于培养人才 ,提高中小企业员工队伍素质 ,有利于中小企业管理与国际惯例接轨 ,增强中小企业竞争力 ,但这将使市场竞争激烈 ,民族经济受到挑战。加入 WTO,中小企业应加强企业内部经营管理 。

China's small & medium enterprises make a big important role in China's economy. Entering WTO will be beneficial for deepening enterprise reform,for cultivating talent and improving enterprise staff quality,for linking enterprise management to international usual practices and strengthening their competitiveness. But it will make the market competition more intense and challenge the national economy. To join WTO, China's small & medium enterprises should strengthen inhouse operation management and the government should construct a more supportive bussiness climate for China's firms.
