摘要
为研究在不同环境气体压力下钨系延期药铅皮延期索燃烧速度及延期时间的变化情况,建立了延期时间测试装置。通过测试不同型号延期体在不同环境气体压力下的燃烧时间,得到了相应的燃烧速度。结果表明延期时间随着环境气体压力的增加而缩短,燃烧速度随着环境气体压力的增加而增大,通过分析延期索的燃烧过程,解释了实验结果。本研究对于提高密闭有限空间里钨系延期药索类延期的延期精度有一定帮助。
In order to study the effect of different ambient gas pressure on the delay time and burning rate of tungsten delay composition, which was charged in delay fuse with lead sheath, the delay time measurement set-up was established, and the delay time of different delay elements under different ambient gas pressure was tested, then the burning rate was obtained accordingly. The results indicated that with the increase of ambient gas pressure, the delay time was shortened, and the burning rate presented the rise tendency. Through analyzing the burning procedure of the delay fuse, the test results were explained. The study gives some help for improving the delay accuracy of delay fuse in sealed space.
