酸性水预处理系统的技术现状及设计优化

Technical status and optimization design of sour water pretreatment system and design optimization

酸性水汽提装置中,在酸性水进入汽提塔之前,往往都有一个酸性水脱气、除油、均质混合的过程,称之为酸性水预处理系统。对该系统生产过程中经常出现的酸性水罐超压爆裂、爆炸、抽瘪、腐蚀、气体泄漏等问题进行了分类汇总。依据文献对事故原因进行了分析,结合自身设计经验,提出了完善酸性水罐氮封、改善罐体防腐、优化水封罐等设计建议,使该系统设计更加合理。

Before the sour water flowing into the stripper in the sour water stripping unit,sour water pretreatment is provided,which is composed of degassing,oil removal and mixing for homogenization.Such process is called sour water pretreatment system.The problems which usually occur in the production such as overpressure cracking,explosion and vacuum flat of sour water tanks are classified and summarized.The causes of troubles are analyzed.Recommendations such as improvement of nitrogen blanketing,improvement of corrosion protection and optimization of water sealing tank are presented based upon the analysis of the trouble causes and operating experience so as to have a good system design.
