摘要 根据苏州软件服务外包高素质高技能型人才需求,结合健雄职业技术学院"产学并行"人才培养模式的对教师"产教研"能力要求,重点探讨了教师"产教研"融合能力的培养途径,从参与合作企业培训、开办实体公司承接真实软件项目、与企业工程师结对子研发生产、指导专业竞赛和创新项目等8个方面进行详细探讨,实现了高职师资队伍培养途径的有效改进。 According to the high skilled talents demand of Suzhou software outsourcing services, according to requirements of teachers "producing, teaching and research " fusion capability based on Chien-shiung Institute of Technology "produce learn parallel" personnel training mode, focusing on the ways of cultivating teachers " producing, teaching and research " fusion capability, from participation in the cooperation enterprise training, open entity company to undertake a real software project, On the R & D and production and Business Engineer, professional contest instruction innovation, and 8 aspects etc. are discussed, the higher vocational teachers training effective improvement way.
