摘要
针对带钢酸洗除去氧化皮过程中出现的基材易被腐蚀,清洗时易产生酸雾,氧化皮脱落不够迅速,清洗后金属表面不够光亮等问题,本文概述了国内外钢铁酸洗时添加的缓蚀剂、抑雾剂和促进剂等助剂的研究进展,展望了钢铁酸洗助剂的研究发展趋势。
In the continuous hydrochloric acid pickling of steel plate, some production problem are met such as large corrosion lose of base steel, a mass of acid mist, low efficient removal of oxide scale so such as irremovable completely, and new requirement of consumer on surface brightness of steel plate. Adapting the technical need, the development of pickling additives as corrosion inhibitors, acid mist inhibitors and accelerant were reviewed.
