摘要
中石油克拉玛依石化分公司常减压蒸馏I套装置的常顶换热器管束自投用以来曾多次发生腐蚀泄漏。我们从失效管束材质的数据分析调查,找出失效管束发生腐蚀原因,并提出相关建议,避免类似失效事件的再次发生。
At present, there has been a wide occurrence of corrosion leakage of overhead heat exchangers tubes in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit since it is applied in Karamay Petrochemical Company. To solve this problem, an investigation has been carried out to find out the cause for the leakage on the basis of analyzing the data with regard to the materials of disabled tubes. Finally, a related suggestion has been put forward to prevent the corrosion failure from happening again.
