摘要 焊接接头是不锈钢发生腐蚀的活性区域,本文采用电化学钝化处理工艺对其进行表面改性,有效改善其耐蚀性能。同时,通过电位云图测试和耐蚀试验考察处理工艺的各个步骤对处理效果的影响。此外,本文还考察了焊接工艺的优化对焊接接头耐蚀性能的影响,实验表明,采用堆焊对焊工艺可使焊接热影响区位于堆焊层,从而有效提高焊接接头的耐蚀性能。 Welded joints are the most active corrosion area of stainless steel. In order to improving the corrosion resistance, a novel electrochemical passivation technique is used to modify the surface of welded joint. The effect of treatment process is studied by potential nephogram and accelerated corrosion test. Furthermore, the influence of welding technology on anti-corrosion performance is investigated. Experiment result shows that the welded joints can get a better anticorrosive property by employing surfacing welding technology.
