基于H-L法的涡轮转子叶片可靠度分析

摘要 涡轮转子叶片工作环境恶劣,受力、受热严重。涡轮叶片一旦损坏,将对燃气轮机造成严重后果。通过对涡轮叶片进行弯矩、应力受力分析,应用随机可靠性理论推导出极限状态方程。根据叶片的有限元分析选取叶片应力最大的3个点作为危险点,应用H-L法求出这些点的可靠度。通过算例,验证该方法简单可靠,可以作为叶片可靠性分析的方法。 The working surroundings of turbine blade are very abominable because of the heavy load and severe heat.The failure of the turbine blade will cause serious consequence to gas turbine.Based on the analysis of moment and stress of blade,the limit state equation is developed by the theory of stochastic reliability.Three dangerous points are selected from blade according to strength analysis.The reliability index of three dangerous points is derived by H-L method.The example and result showed that H-L method can be used to analysis the reliability of blade.
