摘要
缺乏法律制度的保障,是近年来我国湿地遭受严重破坏的重要原因之一,这也给湿地的保护和管理带来了困难。对我国现有法律体系中与湿地保护和管理相关的法律法规进行了梳理,着重分析了其中存在的冲突和矛盾,最后讨论了国外发达国家的湿地保护立法经验对我国的启示。
One of the most important reasons that cause serious damage to wetlands of China is the lack of legal protection. The laws and regulations related to wetland conservation and management in Chinese legal system were sorted out and the conflicts and contradictions were analyzed in particular. The experiences in wetland protection legislation from developed countries and the revelation to China were discussed.
