摘要
现场总线技术是近年来迅速发展起来的一种工业数据总线,已在大型装备和复杂系统中得到广泛应用。为了实现现场小型化校准系统外部设备的控制和数据传输,本文采用USB总线技术,通过在专用校准系统上设计的USB总线主机架构,采用Bulk-Only传输规范、PCL5e语言和Printing Devices类协议设计了专用系统USB接口大容量存储和数据打印驱动程序。结果表明,此方法实现了设备控制、数据处理、传输和打印,有效地解决了校准系统的外设控制问题。
The fieldbus technology is a kind of industrial data bus developed rapidly in recent years,which is widely used in large equipment and complex system.In order to realize the miniaturization of calibration system control and data transmission of external equipment,through the design of USB bus architecture for the special calibration system,using the Bulk-Only transmission standard,PCL5e language and Printing Devices,the drivers of USB mass storage and printting data for special class agreement system were designed.The results showed that the method realizes the control,data processing,transmission and printing equipment,and solves the control problem of the calibration system peripherals effectively.
