快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱法测定土壤样品中10种有机磷农药

摘要 目的探讨土壤中10种有机磷农药的分析方法。方法采用优化快速溶剂萃取条件,利用石墨化碳黑净化萃取液,气相色谱仪进行定量分析。结果土壤有机磷农药检出限在0.3μg/kg~1.45μg/kg,加标回收控制在71.7%~106.6%,相对标准偏差在4.1%~9.5%。结论本方法操作简便,精密度、准确度均能满足土壤检测要求。 Objective To develop an analytical method for soil determination of ten organophosphorus pesticides by gas chromatography. Methods Accelerated solvent extraction condition was optimized to use graphitized carbon black to extract liquid, gas chromatography was employed for quantitative analysis. Results The detection limit of the organophosphorus pesticide in soil sample is O. 32 μg/kg - 1.45μg/kg, the recovery of the soil sample is con- trolled between 71.7% and 106.6% ,the relative standard derivations were 4.1% -9.5%. Conclusion The sim- plicity,precision and accuracy of the method can all meet the soil detection requirement.
