摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中21种挥发性有机物(VOC)的快速检测方法。方法分别用被动式有机气体采样器和活性炭管采集工作场所中挥发性有机物,经二硫化碳解吸后用气相色谱法进行测定。结果21种挥发性有机物在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.998,相对标准偏差为0.5%~6.1%,两种采样方法的各平均解吸效率在84%~106%。结论方法能够有效分离和准确测定空气中21种挥发性有机物,利用被动式有机气体采样方式,全面而准确反映暴露者所处工作场所的挥发性有机物污染情况,有助于工作环境卫生状况和个人接触情况的评价。
Objective To establish a method for rapid determination of 21 kinds of volatile organic compounds in workplace air. Methods Volatile organic compounds in the air were adsorbed by passive organic gas sampler 3520 and activated carbon respectively, desorbed by carbon bisulfide, and then determined by gas chromatography. Re- sults The curve of 21 kinds of volatile organic compounds showed good linear relationship in a certain range. The correlation coefficient of these calibration curves were more than 0. 998, relative standard deviations were 0.5 % - 6.1% (n =3). The average desorption efficiencies of target components were 84% - 106% by two kinds of sam- pling methods. Conclusion This method can effectively separate and determine the VOCs accurately. In addition, the workplace air absorbed by passive organic gas sampler showed the workers' daily exposure level to organic con- taminants comprehensively and accurately, it was useful to assess the working place health condition and health risk level.
