摘要
目的监测8岁~10岁学生碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治提供依据。方法 2005年-2012年,每年在全省10个县(市、区)各抽取1所小学,每所小学随机抽取30名8岁~10岁学生,采集尿样进行尿碘含量测定。结果全省共采集2443名8岁~10岁学生尿样,尿碘中位数为270.64μg/L。各年度尿碘中位数范围为226.95μg/L~313.06μg/L,≥300μg/L的样品比率在24.16%~53.87%之间。其中男性尿碘中位数280.61μg/L,女性尿碘中位数260.25μg/L。8岁学生797名,尿碘中位数为268.61μg/L,9岁学生986名,尿碘中位数为271.20μg/L,10岁学生660名,尿碘中位数为273.86μg/L。结论江西省8岁~10岁学生碘营养状况已得到明显改善,但存在尿碘高于适宜水平,适当调整食盐碘含量标准是必需的。
Objective To monitor iodine nutritional status of the students aged 8 - 10 years old, and to provide ua- sis for prevention and control of the iodine deficiency disorders. Methods One primary school was selected from 10 counties(city, region) annually from 2005 to 2012. Thirty students aged 8 - 10 years old were randomly selected from each school to test urinary iodine content. Results A total of 2443 urine samples were collected all over the province. The urinary iodine median was 270.64 μg/L. The range of the urinary iodine median was between 226.95 μg/L and 313.06 μg/L from 2005 to 2012. The percentage of people whose urinary iodine content higher than 300 μg/L was between 24.16% and 53.87%. The urinary iodine median of boys was 280.61 μg/L and that of girls was 260.25 μg/L. The urinary iodine median was 268.61 μg/L from 797 students aged 8 years old, 271.20 μg/L from 986 students aged 9, and 273.86 μg/L from 660 students aged 10. Conclusion The iodine nutritional status of the students aged 8 - 10 years old has been improved obviously in Jiangxi province. But the urinary iodine content is higher than the optimum level. So it is necessary to adjust the standards of the iodine content in salt.
