摘要
目的了解分割肉鸡胴体中沙门氏菌的污染状况及菌株的血清型分布,总结分析沙门氏菌株对不同抗菌类药物的耐药状况及耐药程度。方法根据GB 4789.4—2010对沙门氏菌进行分离鉴定及血清分型,采用微量肉汤稀释法(MIC)测定分离株的耐药性。结果从97份市售分割肉鸡胴体样品中分离到59株沙门氏菌,检出率高达60.82%;血清型主要为肠炎沙门氏菌(59.32%);药敏试验显示,45.76%的沙门氏菌对1种以上抗生素耐药,23.73%的对5种及5种以上抗生素耐药。结论分割肉鸡胴体中沙门氏菌的污染率较高,沙门氏菌耐药或多重耐药现象十分普遍,未来应加强对沙门氏菌感染及耐药的监测,同时应控制抗生素在肉鸡饲养过程中的应用。
Objective To determine the prevalence and serotype distribution of Salmonella in disintegrated chicken carcasses in Zhengzhou, so as to summarize the drug resistance of Salmonella to different antibiotics. Methods According to GB 4789.4 - 2010, Salmonellae was separated and identified, and the drug - resistance test was car- ried out with micro - volume broth dilution method. Results Fifty - nine Salmonella strains were isolated from 97 samples, and the positive rate was 60.82%. The predominant serotype was Salmonella enteritidis (59.32%). The drug susceptibility test showed 45.76% of the isolates were resistant to one or more antibiotics, and 23.73% of the isolates were resistant to 5 or more antibiotics. Conclusion Salmonella contamination was relatively serious in dis- integrated chicken carcasses, with high drug resistance and multi - drug resistance. Further measures should be taken to closely monitor the infection by Salmonellae, as well as the drug resistance, and to restrict the use of anti- microbial agents in chicken husbandry.
