摘要
为了保证交联聚乙烯多层电缆的生产质量并减少浪费,设计了一种基于X射线探测原理的电缆偏心度在线检测方法。采用微焦点射线源和CCD探测器对X射线穿透电缆过程中的衰减情况进行探测。两个相互垂直布置的由步进电机驱动的C形结构件带动射线源和探测器做往复运动,完成对电缆截面的扫描。下位机以MC9S08AW32芯片为核心,对各器件进行参数控制,并完成数据采集和传输任务。上位机通过专用软件对信号进行滤波、处理与分析并实时显示电缆截面参数。该设计在实时性、检测精度和稳定性上都达到了设计要求。
This design detects the cable eccentricity in real time based on the X-ray detection theory, to guarantee cable production quality and reduce waste. Micro focus tube and CCD detector are adopted to detect the X-ray attenuation in the penetration process, and two perpendicular stepping motor driven C-frame to scan the section parameters. The single-chip, with Freescale MC9S08AW32 as the core, has functions as parameters control, data acquisition and transmission. The software in IPC is designed for signal filtering, processing, analyzing, real-time display of cable section parameters. This design fully meets the requirements on real-time quality, detection accuracy and stability.
