摘要
矿用粉尘浓度传感器大多控制系统中嵌入式芯片自带AD对粉尘浓度信号进行检测。在仪器运行过程中,由于该类嵌入式芯片中无内部基准电压模块,当电源电压发生波动时,引起检测出的粉尘浓度不准产生测量误差。针对这一问题,本文提出采用串行AD芯片AD7887对粉尘信号进行检测,利用其内部自带精准的基准电压消除因电源波动对采样造成的影响,从而提高检测的可靠性。
