摘要
根据施工管理特点和实际发展需求,在某大型商业综合中心工程项目施工中运用BIM建模系统和基于BIM技术的4D项目施工管理系列软件,形成一套基本的信息化管理体系。在实际运行过程中,通过建立建筑数字化模型,完成了建筑各专业间碰撞分析、复杂节点三维深化设计和项目施工过程4D管理等工作,为投资方提供了多项增值服务,节约了投资成本,也提升了施工企业的管理水平,为今后的BIM技术推广起到了一定的作用。
With consideration of construction management characteristics and practical development requirements, BIM modeling system and BIM-based 4D construction management software are used in construction of a large general commercial center project to form a set of information-based fundamental management systems. During practical application, digital building model is established to successfully carry out collision analysis among various architectural disciplines, in-depth 3D design of complex node and 4D construction management. This technique not only provides multiple value-added services to the investor and save investment cost, but also improves the management level of construction enterprise, playing a certain role in promotion of BIM technique in the future.
