摘要 桌面BIM(Building Information Model)应用模式存在计算能力不足、应用范围有限和BIM应用成本较高等问题,基于云计算的应用具有潜在的高效和廉价使用优点。结合BIM应用的特点探讨采用云计算模式的BIM应用的优势,为规避风险,对企业采用云BIM应用进行适应性分析,提出云模式的BIM应用的体系框架,探讨该框架中BIM软件功能服务的设计和该架构的实施。 There are the lack of computing power, the limited range of applications and the higher cost of BIM (Building Information Modeling) applications in the desktop mode, while applications based on CC (cloud computing) has the potential efficient and low-cost advantages. The advantages of BIM applications using CC are discussed. To avoid risks, the adaptive analysis of enterprise BIM applications based on CC is done. Finally, BIM application framework based on CC have been put forward, the service design of BIM software functions in the framework and the implementation of the architecture are discussed.
