摘要
沧州体育场屋盖为双扭曲空间钢管桁架结构,桁架主次杆件均为弯管,加工工艺复杂,拼装难度大。通过在现场地面设置小拼胎架和搭设立拼、卧拼胎架,将钢桁架最大限度地在地面上拼装成整段。该拼装方法可有效保证拼装、焊接等施工质量。
The roof of Cangzhou Stadium adopts double-twisted spatial steel pipe truss structure, and both main and secondary rods are made of bent pipe, having complex processing technique and large difficulty in assembly. Most part of the steel truss is assembled into integral segments on ground through setting of segment assembly jig, standing assembly jig and horizontal assembly jig. This assembly method could effectively guarantee construction quality, such as assembly and welding, etc.
