失效模式与效应分析应用于患者风险管理的可行性探讨

The Feasibility Discussion of Patients Risk Management by Applying the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis

目的:探讨失效模式与效应分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,FMEA)在患者医疗管理中应用的可行性。方法:通过分析国内外当前的医疗服务现状、医疗不良事件的发生率及原因,以患者给药流程为例,对应用FMEA前后的给药差错的发生率进行比较。结果:应用FMEA后患者给药失效模式风险危急值有下降,给药错误及接近给药错误数量分别下降为41.7%和30.8%。结论:FMEA是一种科学的监管模式,可以在医疗风险管理中起到降低患者风险,提升医疗安全的作用,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the feasibility of the failure mode and effects analysis （ Failure mode and effect analysis, FMEA） ap- plied to the medical management of patients. Methods： Through the analysis of the medical services status and the incidence, reasons of medical adverse events and its reasons at home and abroad, taking the patients＇dosing process as an example, to compare the incidence of medication er- rors by the application of FMEA to that dose not apply. Results： The risk priority number of dosing failure mode decreased by the application of FMEA, the number of dosing errors and close to dosing errors fell 41.7 % and 30.8% respectively. Conclusion： FMEA is a scientific supervision mode and worthy of popularizing, as it can reduce the patients risk and improve the medical safety.
