Determination of HCH and DDT in Tarim River downstream by GC-MS

建立了气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中六六六和滴滴涕8种有机氯农药残留的方法，研究了塔里木河下游有机氯农残现状。用SIM方式分段扫描六六六、滴滴涕有机氯农药所得曲线相关系数γ均大于0．9950％，回收率在82．11％～111.47％之间，平均标准偏差RSD在3．23％～8．90％之间，方法精密度和准确度均能满足地表水环境质量监测的要求。

The method tor determination ot HCH and DDT in surface water by GC-MS was estab- lished, and the present situation of organic chlorine pesticides remnant in the Tarim River downstream was studied. The related coefficient of calibration curve are above 0. 9950%, the recoveries are between 82.11%-111.47%, the relative standard deviation are between3.23%-8.90%. The accuracy and precision of the method can meet surface water environment quality monitoring requirement.
