摘要
由注重知识传授向重视能力培养的教学模式转变已经成为当下本科教学模式改革的核心。为此,笔者及同仁改变传统的限于课堂的单向性、直线性的教学模式,在历史学(档案文博方向)专业教学中突出应用性、实践性和交往性。三年的改革实践总体而言是成功的,但也有进一步探究的空间。为鉴往知来,提出几点思考:教学模式改革应以现代教学理念作指导;应用能力的培养是教学模式改革的核心;教师主导性的发挥是教学模式改革的保证。
Central to the current change of teaching strategies is a shift of emphasis from knowledge acquisition to analytical skills development. In the past three years the author and her colleagues have endeavored to reform the traditional ways of teaching history which had been confined to mere transmis- sion of knowledge by prioritizing the practical aspects of history learning, especially in areas of archive and curatorship. While the reform we initiated has been quite successful, it allows room for further re- finement and improvement. The purpose of this article is to propose guidelines for such refinement and improvement: Reform in teaching should be informed by updated strategies. Priority should be given to developing students ' ability to cope with practical issues. It is also crucial that individual instructors be actively involved in reforming their teaching modes and philosophy.
