党校在高校党建育人中的功能定位与作用

随着我国经济社会文化的不断发展和高等教育体制改革的不断深入,高等教育进入了大众化发展阶段,高校学生党建工作正面临着理论学习不深入、党员教育不到位、组织生活不生动、骨干作用不明显等新问题。党校是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,本文通过对党校在高校学生党建中的功能定位与作用进行分析研究,从而得出——"党校"是理论知识的学习园地、青年党员的教育基地、学生党建的活动阵地、先锋骨干的培养源地,指出要充分发挥党校在高校党建育人中的功能和作用,进一步加强大学生党建工作。

With the constant development in economy, society and culture in our country and the deepening of the system reform in higher education, higher education has entered a stage of populariza- tion. At this stage, the Party building work is facing some new problems in the lack of theoretical stud- y, insufficient education for Party members, unvivid organization life, unapparent backbone functions, etc. The Party school is an important part in college Party building work. By analyzing the role position and function of the Party school in Party building, this article concludes that The Party school is the learning garden to gain theoretical knowledge, the education garden for youth Party members, activity garden for students Party building, and training source for advanced backbones. The article points out that we should fully bring into play the role of the Party school in educating its members in Party build- ing in colleges and further strengthen the Party building work for college students.
