Construction of Digital Kunming Geospatial Framework

数字城市已经成为政府科学决策的重要工具,社会综合管理的基础平台,城市信息化的重要标志和城市现代化的展示窗口。昆明市作为省会城市,数字城市工作已严重滞后。为此,结合数字昆明地理空间框架建设存在的问题和当前智慧城市建设的新要求,就科学快速推进数字昆明地理空间框架建设以及数字昆明向智慧昆明顺利升级提出了解决办法,对测绘地理信息行政管理和数字城市建设具有一定的参考意义。

Digital city has become an important tool for the government to make a scientific decision. It is a basic platform for social comprehensive management and a window to display important symbol of city informatization and modernization. As the provincial capital, digital Kunming is severely delayed in our country. In this paper, in view of the problems in the construction of digital Kunming geospatial framework and the current new requirements in the construction of smart city,a solution is put forward to fast promote the construction of digital Kunming geospatial framework and the updating successfully from digital Kunming to smart Kunming, which provide some reference significance for the surveying and mapping geoinformation administration and construction of digital city.
