关于舰船应用气调保鲜冷藏单元的研究

Research on Using Controlled Atmosphere Refrigeration Unit on Naval Vessel

通过对舰船气调保鲜系统原理和气调保鲜冷藏单元组成的阐述,分析了气调保鲜冷藏单元相比传统的果蔬保鲜组合冷库具有保鲜效果好、安装简单、适用性强和使用可靠等优势。指出了在舰船上使用气调保鲜冷藏单元要注意的事项,认为舰船上应用气调保鲜冷藏单元具有一定的现实意义。

Through expatiating the composing of controlled atmosphere refrigeration unit and the principle of marine controlled atmosphere system, this paper analyses the advantages of controlled atmosphere refrigeration unit compared with traditional Pre-fab cold store of fruits and vegetables, such as good freshness, easy fixing, high applicability, reliable using and etc. Meanwhile, the paper points out some attentions about using controlled atmosphere refrigeration unit on naval vessel, which has practical significance to a certain extent.
