摘要
钢桥面铺装层间剪切性能是桥面使用性能的重要因素。为研究铺装层抗剪性能,通过直接剪切试验,研究了乳化沥青用量、法向应力及层间污染对层间抗剪性能的影响。研究表明:铺装体系中,结构沥青较多时,层间最大剪切应力、极限抗剪强度及层间粘结系数μ均增大;乳化沥青用量存在最佳用量,其实验值0.75 kg/m2,回归值0.95 kg/m2;随法向应力增大,层间最大剪切应力、极限抗剪强度增加;μ随层间污染物增加而变小,油污的污染对剪切性能的影响大于泥土。
As a key factor of using property, shear performance of steel bridge pavement is very important. Influence on shear performance is deliberated by changing emulsified asphalt content, normal stress and layer pollution. It's showed that μ goes up as well as while maximum shear stress and ultimate shearing strength, while structure asphalt increasing. During experiment, it had a optimum asphalt content (0. 75 kg/m2, 0. 95 kg/m2). Maximum shear stress and ultimate shearing strength increased with the arising of normal stress. More influence on the shear performance is known with oil pollution than that with soil pollution.
