摘要 目的:对“住院患者体验量表”进行信效度评价。方法:采用整群随机的抽样方式于2012年7月至8月对河南省某医院的住院患者672人进行问卷调查,通过信度分析、因子分析等方法对量表的信度和结构效度进行评价。结果:量表的总体克朗巴赫α系数和分半信度系数分别为0.939、0.966,各维度的克朗巴赫α系数和分半信度系数均>0.7,各条目与条目总分的相关系数介于0.503~0.716。 KMO值为0.931,经探索性因子分析后共提取6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为63.843%。经验证性因子分析,除拟合优度指数GFI未达到最优标准之外,该模型的χ2/df为2.366,比较拟合指数CFI、Tucker-Lewis指数TLI均大于0.9,近似误差均方根RMSEA为0.064,均方根残差RMR<0.05。结论:该量表拥有良好的信效度。 Aim: To evaluate the reliability and validity of inpatient experience questionnaire ( IPEQ ) .Methods:Cluster sampling method was used to sample 672 inpatients in a hospital of Henan Province from July 2012 to August 2012 for IPEQ survey.Reliability analysis and factor analysis methods were adopted to evaluate the reliability and constructive validity.Results:The Cronbach'αand split-half reliability of the questionnaire were 0.939 and 0.966, all dimensions'αand split-half reliability were above 0.7, and the correlation coefficient of each item score to the total was between 0 5.03 and 0.716.KMO was 0.931, and exploratory factor analysis showed the cumulative contribution rate of 6 factors was 63.843%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed except GFI did not reach optimal standard ,χ2/df was 2.366, CFI and TLI was above 0.9, RMSEA was 0.064, and RMR was under 0.05.Conclusion:IPEQ shows good reliability and validity and is easy to accept .
