河南省大学生择业效能感问卷的编制

Formation of career decision making self-efficacy questionnaire about the university graduates of Henan Province

目的:编制适用于大学生择业效能感的心理量表。方法:依据相关理论,采用访谈法,对389名河南省大学生进行施测,形成初始问卷,然后对收集的数据进行项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析和测量学特性检验,并对问卷的信度、效度进行考察。结果:初始问卷的项目分析结果显示,在各个项目上高分端和低分端之间的差异有统计学意义;探索性因素分析表明,在特征值检验、碎石图陡阶检验、理论上的可解释性和项目数标准4个方面,所选取的6个因素都较为合理;进一步参照因素负荷、标准差、共同度和交叉负荷4个方面的标准,选取5个因素的20个项目,经验证性因素分析表明,5个因素的结构模型与数据拟合良好,符合心理测量学要求,形成了包含20个项目的大学生择业效能感正式问卷;问卷包含自我概念、自我评价、目标设定、问题应对和制定计划5个维度。结论:量表具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为有效的测量工具适用于河南省大学生择业效能感的测量。

Aim：To develop career decision making self-efficacy questionnaire for the university graduates .Methods：In accordance with relevant theories , interviews methods were used to form the initial questionnaire by 389 university gradu-ates from Henan Province .Then the data were processed by item analysis , exploratory factor analysis , confirmatory factor analysis and psychometric property inspection , and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested .Results：The item analysis result of initial questionnaire showed a significant difference between high score and low score , which ex-plained for the good degree of differentiation .Exploratory factor analysis showed that the selected six factors were reasonable in the test, scree plot scree test, the theory of interpretation and standard item number .And referring to the standards of factor loading , standard deviation , joint degree and crossover load , twenty items in five factors were selected .Syntactic model and data of the factors fit well which satisfied psychometric standard , by confirmatory factor analysis , finally formed final selfefficacy questionnaire for the graduates career including concept of the self , selfevaluation , goal setting problem-coping and plan setting .Conclusion：Career decision with good reliability and validity has satisfactory psychometric char-acteristics and can be used in related studies .
