微螺钉种植体支抗压低上颌伸长磨牙的疗效观察

Effectiveness of implant anchorage for maxillary over-erupted molars intrusion

目的：探讨利用微螺钉种植体支抗压低上颌伸长磨牙的效果。方法：利用微螺钉种植体作为支抗压低10例成年患者的12颗伸长上颌磨牙。分别在患牙颊侧近中、远中及腭侧骨板各植入1枚自攻微螺钉种植体，即刻负载0．981～1．962 N，通过X线头影测量、模型分析比较矫治前后相关参数的变化情况。结果：12颗磨牙均得到了有效的压低，压低（2．7±1．2） mm，压低时间（6．5±3．2）个月。与矫治前比较，U6-PP、U7-PP明显降低（t ＝9．659，7．730，P＜0．001），而U6-RL、U7-RL、U6-PP角和U7-PP角的变化差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。模型测量指标L、W和H治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：微螺钉种植体支抗能有效地压低磨牙，为磨牙伸长的修复前矫治提供了可靠的方法。

Aim：To evaluate the effectiveness of micro-screw anchorage for intrusion of maxillary over-erupted molars . Methods：Ten adult patients were treated with the use of the micro-screw as skeletal anchorage for intrusion of 12 over-e-rupted molars.Micro-screws were inserted into mesial-buccal,distal-buccal and palatal alveolar bone of the over-erupted molars,then a force of 0.981-1.962 N was applied immediately.Cephalometric and cast analysis were carried out and comparisons of related parameters before and after treatment were then done .Results：The over-erupted molars were all in-truded successfully by （2.7 ±1.2） mm.The average period of treatment was （6.5 ±3.2） months.U6-PP and U7-PP sig-nificantly decreased （t=9.659,7.730,P〈0.001）, while U6-RL,U7-RL,the angle between U6-PP and that between U7-PP did not show significant difference compared with pre-intrusion（P〉0.05）.There were no significant changes in the cast parameters （L, H,and W）（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Micro-screw anchorage is effective in the intrusion of maxillary over-erupted molars .
